What’s Dokodemo?
Over the past year, I’ve been very fortunate to work with many J-beauty brands. However, it’s often that these companies don’t ship overseas or their foreign language support is limited.
Dokodemo, however, is a one-stop online store that stocks the latest Japanese cosmetics, food/drinks, pharmaceutical goods, baby care items, and so much more!
They offer support in 4 languages (English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, & Traditional Chinese) and accept payment by credit card, PayPal, and Alipay.
Plus, If you’re a regular reader of this blog or watch my Instagram stories, you know I am all about earning points. Well, Dokodemo has a point program (points valued at 1% of the purchase price) and they also run 10x points campaigns, in addition to flash sales.
Now onto the products!
One thing I love about Japanese beauty products is their functionality and simplicity, which was a big factor in my decision to switch from K-beauty to J-beauty. Many skincare items actually function as multipurpose products that eliminate the need for a multiple step skincare routine.
As a bonus, Japanese beauty products often come out with limited edition ingredients and/or special packaging. In the case of spring, cherry blossom season, there’s an almost endless choice of sakura scented/themed items to choose from.
Cherry blossom extract is fragrant, yet it does not overpower like some flower extracts. (Thisis a big one for me, because I tend to gravitate towards fragrance-free skincare products or citrus scented products) In addition, cherry blossom extract is a soothing ingredient rich in antioxidants, and it helps to repair the skin’s natural barriers.

1. Botanical Esthe Botanical Sheet Mask Cherry Blossom Bouquet
I reviewed these Botanical Esthe Botanical Sheet Mask in my morning sheet mask post. But to recap, it’s a 7-in-1 sheet mask that uses botanical ingredients. These 100% cotton masks masks have a calming cherry blossom scent. Just apply to your face for 55 seconds, and it takes care of everything from cleansing to makeup primer. This is a gift set that will last you all spring and is perfect for sharing, too. It contains 4 packages of sheet masks, with 7 sheet masks per package.

2. AQUA LABEL Special Gel Cream Moist Sakura
This is a fun 5-in-1 texturized moisturizer that becomes a gel upon contact with your skin! It’s like a paste, then it turns into a thick gel through contact with body heat. It has a high concentration of collagen and amino acids to support and hydrate the skin, making it an ideal “aging care” beauty product. Apply after cleansing or as a night gel for that smooth, bouncy “mochi hada” feeling.

3. Atrix Beauty Charge Premium Cherry Blossom Scent Hand Cream
Atrix is one of my favorite Japanese hand creams. I keep a pump bottle of Atrix Hand Milk in my kitchen, next to the sink. And, whenever I’m on the go, I carry a tube of Atrix Beauty Charge hand cream. This is the “premium” version of Atrix’s hand cream, and it contains moisturizing ingredients like cherry blossom leaf extract, collagen, hyaluronic acid, and glycerin. As a bonus, it’s also SPF 20/PA+ to block UV rays and prevent sun spots.

4. MegRhythm Sakura Hot Steam Eye Mask
Another one of my tried-and-true J-beauty products are these eye masks from MegRhythm. They’re single-use paper eye masks that gently warm up and stay heated for up to 20 minutes. These days, it feels like I’m always in front of a computer or on my phone, so these eye masks reduce eye strain and the soft sakura scent eases tensions from headaches. As these are limited edition versions of MegRhythm eye masks, these masks feature a charming cute sakura design!

This is a day/night brightening serum that uses a scientifically advanced formula to reduce the look of dark spots, uneven skin tone and dullness. It contains 4MSK (Potassium 4-Methoxysalicylate), which is patented by Shiseido to prevent the formation of dark spots. 8. Integrate Sakura Jelly Essence
Integrate Sakura Jelly Essence is a glossy cherry blossom tinted lip balm that’s great for wearing under your mask, or when you’re safe in your COVID “bubble.” Its formula uses orange oil, hyaluronic acid, and ginger extract to nourish and moisturize, and stimulate skin cell turnover for fresh, fuller lips. As a bonus, it also offers SPF protection, too!

9. Integrate Wide Look Eyes Eyeshadow Quad (PK373)
These days, I’m all about pairing a neutral palette with a bold lip. But, this Integrate eyeshadow duo is a fun, flirty spring look that makes a statement even when you’re wearing a mask! The deep color is reminiscent of fragrant plum blossoms. The sheer pink shade evokes the feeling of being caught in a “sakura fubuki,” or flurry of falling cherry blossom petals.

10. HOUSE OF ROSE Sakura Fufufu Body Cream
House of Rose has an amazing body scrub that I shared in my winter dryness self-care list. Ever since then, I’ve become a fan of their body lotions and bath salts. I’m very picky when it comes to the texture of lotions, primarily because I have super dry skin. However, this body cream is thick and rich, not to mention the enchanting sakura scent that instantly puts me into relaxation mode.
